Forever 22 Aesthetics Booking, Refund, Cancellation and Lateness Policy

 

At Forever22 Aesthetics, we are dedicated to providing a smooth, efficient, and exceptional experience for every client. To maintain high standards of service and fairness to all, the following policies apply.

 
1. Booking Fees

To secure your appointment for non-surgical treatments, we kindly request a holding deposit:

  • £25 for Practitioner-led treatments

  • £50 for Doctor-led treatments

This deposit confirms your commitment and ensures time is allocated exclusively for you.
Deposits can be redeemed against your treatment or any services provided by Forever22 Aesthetics.

Please note:

  • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule outside the 48-hour notice period or fail to attend your appointment.

 
2. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations should be made by telephone at 0161 960 0888 during business hours.

If you fail to give adequate notice:

  • Clients with prepaid packages will forfeit £25 from their prepaid balance.

  • Chronic or repeated no-shows, cancellations, or late arrivals (more than once) may result in loss of a treatment from the package.

First-time cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Proof of emergency may be requested.

3. Lateness Policy

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be able to receive treatment.

  • Lateness exceeding 15 minutes will be treated as a cancellation, and deposits will be forfeited.

We will always try to accommodate late arrivals where possible. However, you may need to:

  • Reschedule

  • Be seen by another provider

  • Wait for the next available opening

  • Return later in the day

Lateness due to minor public transport disruptions does not exempt clients from the lateness policy. Clients traveling from other cities are advised to allow additional travel time.
In the event of major adverse transport disruptions (e.g., severe weather, rail line closures), charges may be waived at our discretion.

4. Refunds

All treatments, services, and prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable to other individuals.

Refunds will only be issued under UK Consumer Law in the following cases:

  • A fault with the service or product

  • Medical unsuitability for the treatment, as determined by our practitioners

Requests for refunds must be submitted directly to the clinic for review. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days.

Please note:

  • Refunds will not be issued for a change of mind.

  • Alternative options may be considered at the clinic’s discretion.

 

5. Prepaid Treatment Packages

Forever22 Aesthetics offers discounted packages for multiple treatments.

Key conditions:

  • Prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Packages with fewer than 8 treatments must be used within 12 months.

  • Packages with 8 or more treatments must be used within 18 months.

Appointments under prepaid packages:

  • Require 48 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of one treatment from the package.

 

6. Treatment Suitability

Not all treatments or products may be suitable for every individual.
While our practitioners provide expert recommendations, it is the client’s responsibility to disclose all relevant medical information, including allergies and medical conditions, during the consultation.

We encourage open, honest communication with our practitioners to set realistic expectations regarding outcomes.

 

7. Clinic Cancellations

Although we endeavour to honour all appointments, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require us to cancel or reschedule.

In such instances:

  • Clients will be notified as early as possible.

  • Alternative arrangements will be offered.

  • Compensation will not be provided for cancellations or rescheduling by the clinic.
